WHY MORIATH
MORIATH grew out of founder Tatiana’s experience working within the customer lifecycle, where she saw firsthand how organizational conditions shape marketing execution.
Working across the lifecycle provided a view into more than individual campaigns or channels. It exposed the dependencies between teams, decisions, ownership, processes, technology, and customer experience—and the friction that emerges when those elements no longer work together as effectively as the organization requires.
Over time, recurring patterns became increasingly clear. Problems that appeared to be isolated execution issues often pointed to broader questions about how the organization operated. Delays, rework, unclear ownership, difficult handoffs, and technology challenges could not always be understood by looking only at where the problem surfaced.
That pattern recognition became the foundation for MORIATH: a consulting firm built to help executive leaders investigate the conditions behind the problems they can see, understand what is actually happening underneath them, and make better-informed decisions about what needs to change.

MORIATH begins with the observable problem, but does not assume the symptom explains its cause. We investigate how the organization actually operates, follow the evidence, and use that evidence to determine the appropriate intervention.

We establish the operating conditions contributing to the execution issue before recommending what should change. The intervention follows the diagnosis—not the other way around.
03 — FROM DIAGNOSIS TO ACTION
We translate the diagnosis into clear direction on what needs to change, where leadership action is required, and how improvement should be measured against the outcomes that matter.
